Russians have been warned that approving comments regarding today’s fire in the Rostov department of the FSB border service might qualify “as a justification for terrorism.”

In particular, it is reported that a large judicial practice has been formed in Russia in cases of justifying terrorism.

“Irony, emoji, memes, jokes and anecdotes are regarded by the investigation as “approval”. Publications on the Internet, as practice shows, qualify under part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code. This is a serious crime. The sanction is a fine from 300,000 to 1,000,000 rubles or from 5 to 7 years in prison,” the report says.

Recall, earlier it was reported that the Kremlin is discussing the transfer of its capital inland, – Danilov.
