WHAT WE OFFER YOU
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you support the purchasing team in carrying out their daily missions.
In this context, your main missions are to:
Administrative :
• Update purchase prices in the systems
• Create new supplier accounts
• Update monthly dashboards
• Carry out and structure economic intelligence: collect market, geopolitical and economic data to supply buyers on a daily basis
Purchases :
• Take charge of purchasing portfolios including the management of Asian suppliers on various products (steering wheels, ropes, accessories)
• Accompany and help buyers on their missions
IF YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS PROFILE
With a Bac+2 level specializing in executive and/or management assistantship, you are very comfortable with computer tools (mainly Office Pack).
You ideally have significant experience and an appetite for purchasing (internship/work-study program)
Your level of English is professional.
Finally, your interpersonal skills, your proactivity and your sense of priorities will be major assets to succeed in this position.
