For its new participation in IT Partners, Vertiv presented in addition to its new range of products, its new partner program the “Vertiv Foundation”, a simple and intuitive configurator to create a complete IT infrastructure designed by its new manager Chanel for France and Southern Europe Miguel Del Moral. Jean-Pierre Tournemaine, Director Southern Europe and Miguel Del Moral, Chanel Sales Director Southern Europe want Vertiv to become the best choice for our partners and end customers through new Channel programs.
Global Security Mag: What is your strategy for 2023?
Jean-Pierre Tournemaine: We are going to continue what we are doing in the past and which has brought us the success we are experiencing today, i.e. the verticalization of our sales and technical teams in order to strengthen our expertise in the our clients. Our ambition remains the same: to ensure the continuity of our customers’ IT services to enable them to concentrate on their business. To do this, we will create synergies between the countries where Vertiv is present in order to support our customers from a global point of view but also to share best practices.
Benefiting from the broadest portfolio of products and solutions on the market, we are able to meet the global needs of our customers.
Global Security Mag: What are your objectives on IT Partners?
Miguel Del Moral: I am the new Chanel manager for Southern Europe, I was previously responsible for Spain and Portugal. I have been working in IT and Data Center indirect sales for 25 years.
The Chanel for Vertiv is an important part of our strategy. We have invested over the last few years in the development of our Chanel. We come of course to meet our customers and discover our prospects. We also want to strengthen our partnerships and develop new ones. Today we are an alternative to large national suppliers and our ambition through our participation in IT Partners is to demonstrate that we are the best choice.
In January 2023, we launched a new partner program that simplifies the portal and introduces new features such as the “Vertiv Foundation”, a simple and intuitive configurator to create a complete IT infrastructure.
Global Security Mag: What are your new products?
Jean-Pierre Tournemaine: We still provide products for securing and monitoring electrical power such as UPSs and PDUs, cooling solutions for rooms and IT equipment, room urbanization solutions such as racks, racks and micro data centers. We launched a new family of products with the Gxe UPS Family range. This range meets our environmental concerns by being more efficient and therefore economical.
