St. Pölten – If the members of the Lower Austrian state parliament elect Johanna Mikl-Leitner as governor next week, they will do so differently than five years ago. State President Karl Wilfing (ÖVP) changed the design of the ballot papers in the Presidential on Tuesday. This should provide more clarity – but it also makes it easier to cast valid votes.
