Entrepreneurship: The NGO “Osez innover” is active in the training of 200 young people

Conakry-Guinea: How to coach young people and Guinean students in entrepreneurship? This is the dynamic driven by the NGO “Dare to innovate» through training, investment and support. It is organizing this Wednesday, March 15 in Conakry, the training of 200 young people on the merits of entrepreneurial development under the theme: “Dare to innovate digital champion project Guinea».

These perspectives were developed this Monday, March 13, 2023 during the press conference, jointly hosted by the Executive Director of the said NGO Djibril Oularé and his technical and financial partners at the press house located in La Minière, commune of Dixinn.

Indeed, the idea is to equip students and young entrepreneurs wishing to pursue a career in the market environment in order to face the challenges of unemployment in Guinea.

In his speech, the Executive Director of the NGO “Oser innover”, Djibril Oularé, particularly indicated the three main axes of their field of intervention. “In order to face the challenge of youth unemployment, we have developed our strategy and our mission around 3 axes: training, investment and support.“. Continuing, he will say:In terms of training, our observation was that to acquire wealth, you have to learn how to produce value. To produce, one must therefore initiate an activity, one must undertake. Then comes financing, Osez innover supports some of its beneficiaries in obtaining financing. For the most part, the funding provided comes from funds allocated by donors on the various projects that we carry out. Beyond funding, Dare to Innovate is committed to supporting these most promising beneficiaries. Whether in the development of business plans, the formalization procedure of the company, the internal management of the company’s activities, in particular the treasury and the accounting».

This dynamic is part of the vision to strengthen the capacity of “Dare to Innovate” as an entrepreneurial ecosystem provider, by offering pre-seed and seed funding to young entrepreneurs, in particular startups in order to help them turn their ideas into products and services.
