A man who used to wander around the country as a day laborer recently rented a corner of the second floor of a factory and lived there.
The man was arrested on charges of violating the Missing Children Act.
However, this was not the first time that children were lured into factories.

Fortunately, the police found the student two hours following the missing person report, but the case was closed because there was no damage.
Four months later, the man was targeting a middle school student living in Hoengseong, Gangwon-do.
I lured them to the same place with the same technique, but this time they were arrested by the police.
However, he was investigated by the prosecution without detention, saying that there was no damage to the middle school girl.

Experts point out that a closer investigation is needed to see if there was no psychological dominance of the victims, so-called gaslighting, regarding the fact that there were no statements of damage by female students in the two cases.
The Chuncheon District Prosecutor’s Office prosecutes the man for violating the Missing Children Act, and is considering indicting the previous case being investigated.
