Plot, world map and screenshots of STALKER 2 – 16 GB archives with game materials leaked to the network

Archives with a total volume of 16 GB with materials on S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2. Links to the data stolen from the GSC Game World studio are available in the “Bulletin of the same Stalker” group on VKontakte.

Community representatives said that in the archives you can find a map of the STALKER 2 game world with different marks, the game’s plot with explanations of certain points, concept art, descriptions of items, screenshots of different builds of the game, as well as a number of other data related to the development of the project. In addition, the authors of the leak found evidence that GSC Game World uses materials from the canceled sequel from 2011.

On March 11, representatives of the “Bulletin of the same Stalker” group turned to the authors of STALKER 2 and stated that they would put tens of gigabytes of game data online if they did not revise their policy towards gamers from Russia and Belarus. Later, GSC Game World refused to cooperate with the attackers, and also noted that hackers might only access outdated materials, but asked fans not to distribute the leaked files to the network.

The release of STALKER 2 is scheduled for 2023. The title will be released on Xbox Series X/S and on PC via Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG. In addition, the game will be available on Game Pass from the day of release. Earlier, GSC Game World stopped selling its titles on the territory of the Russian Federation. The studio also abandoned Russian-language dubbing.
