Currently educated men of military age can receive a deferral for the duration of their studies. The current version of the bill, as amended, does not change this rule.
However, there is another important detail in the explanatory note: the fact is that if the amendments are adopted, schoolchildren and students will not need to go to military registration and enlistment offices and go through a commission twice a year.
