When I heard this question, I wanted to laugh out loud at first. When a cat vomits, there is a long list of possible causes. Starting with the fact that she might have eaten something wrong, to infectious diseases, unusual cleaning behavior to kidney or pancreas diseases. But a possible pregnancy? It wasn’t even at the very bottom of my mental list of possible causes of nausea.
