‘Be kind to people’; Malala’s response to Oscar host’s witty taunt

ohMalala Yousafzai, a social activist and Nobel Peace Prize winner, shined through her fashion and attitude on the Skar stage. Malala, who stepped on the red carpet with the stars, came wearing a shiny silver gown.

Malala wore a gown from the Ralph Lauren collection with platinum earrings and diamond and emerald rings. Her husband Azhar Malik also came to the Oscar ceremony with her.

After this, a video of Malala went viral on social media. In the video, Malala gives the correct answer to the host who asked the question in a humorous mocking manner on the Oscar stage.

Host Jimmy Kimmel asked Malala a question related to the ‘Spitgate controversy’. “You are an inspiration fighting for human rights and education of women and children. Do you think Harry Styles spat on Chris Pine as the youngest Nobel laureate?’ Jimmy asked.

Malala replied, ‘I only talk regarding peace’. This reply was received with applause by all present. The video was later retweeted by Malala. Malala wrote along with this tweet, ‘Be kind to people’.

There was a controversy when Harry Styles spat on Chris Pin during the promotion of the movie Don’t Worry Darling. But Chris Pine later came out to clarify that Harry had not spat.
