the end! Shrek and other DreamWorks animations will leave Netflix in April

For years, Netflix has been the industry’s leading streaming platform and home to an extensive catalog filled with the biggest hits from TV and film.

Over time, many studios decided to create their own streaming platforms, which meant that the Netflix catalog had to go through a rotation of content and lost many classics. This week, we learned that many DeamWorks animations will be leaving the service soon.

As we know, Netflix content pages have a system that notifies you when the content will leave the catalogue. This week, the pages of the animations produced by Netflix were updated to inform that they will soon leave the catalog.

The list features over 10 movies and includes major franchises like Shrek, Puss in Boots, The Boss Baby and more. Movies will only be available until March 31, so it’s important to hurry.

It is worth remembering that the list only includes DreamWorks titles, with more productions being able to leave the service soon.

  • Shrek 1
  • Shrek 2
  • Boots Puss
  • Megamente
  • Sing: Who Sings His Evils Amazes
  • Kung Fu Panda
  • Kung fu Panda 2
  • Bee Movie
  • Monsters Vs Aliens
  • How to Train Your Dragon
  • The Godfather

Recently, many fans of the Puss in Boots franchise began to suspect that the second film would be added to the Netflix catalog soon, taking into account that most DreamWorks productions were in the catalog, but now it is not possible to be so sure.

Among the other titles already confirmed by the platform to leave the catalog soon, we have Miracle in Cell 7 and Arrested Development.

Will we see these films go to another platform?
