The Ministry of Health and Population said that high blood pressure leads to cirrhosis of the kidneys, which results in kidney failure.

And the ministry continued, “You can benefit from the services of the President of the Republic’s initiative to examine and treat chronic diseases and early detection of kidney disease by assisting in early detection, controlling sugar and high blood pressure, and conducting the necessary examinations and analyzes, and treatment will be received free of charge by going to the nearest health unit.”

The Ministry of Health and Population said that the services of the President’s initiative are being provided to detect chronic diseases And kidney disease in all governorates of the Republic through 5400 health units and medical centers, and more than 750 medical convoys, in addition to 757 mobile teams that have been deployed to provide initiative services in public places, train stations, subways, and gathering places such as mosques, churches, clubs, and shopping malls, This is in coordination with the concerned authorities.
