In qualifying for Euro 2024, Switzerland failed to take revenge once morest Hungary. Three days following being beaten 37-32 at home, the Swiss lost this time 36-27 once morest the Hungarians in Tatabanya.
Despite these 2 defeats once morest Hungary, Switzerland retains second place in its group, directly qualifying for Euro 2024, since at the same time Lithuania beat Georgia 35-27. Before their last two matches, the Swiss still have their destiny in their hands.
A victory in the last game in Winterthur once morest Lithuania on April 30 will probably be enough. Before that, the Swiss will travel to Georgia on April 24.
