Ham sold by Carrefour recalled throughout France

The official website of Rappel conso broadcasts this Thursday a sheet concerning charcuterie sold by Carrefour brands throughout France. Savoy ham, from the “Reflets de France” brand, might contain traces of Listeria monocytogenes, responsible for listeriosis.

The product was marketed from February 8 to 17, 2023 in all Carrefour stores. The ham, cut into six slices, was presented in 90 g trays. The lot affected by the recall has the number 210158622 and the barcode 3245390060907.

Return to point of sale

“People who have consumed” the product “and who have fever, isolated or accompanied by headaches, and body aches, are invited to consult their doctor by notifying him of this consumption”, indicates the site of Rappel conso. This states: “Listeriosis is a disease that can be serious and whose incubation period can be up to eight weeks”.

It is therefore recommended not to consume the Savoie ham and to bring it back to the point of sale for a refund, before March 26th. The group’s consumer service is also available to answer customer questions, Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., on 0.805.500.120.
