At an AI event in Germany, Andreas Braun, Chief Technology Officer for Microsoft Germany, announced an imminent release of GPT-4. “We will introduce GPT-4 next week”he assured, comments relayed by the German-speaking publication Heise.
The framework added that thanks to GPT-4, “we will have multimodal models that will offer completely different possibilities, for example videos”. Currently, GPT-3.5 is able to generate content in the form of text, table or computer code. His successor should therefore be able to create content in a video format.
Besides this new feature, GPT-4 should generate responses faster than GPT-3.5, which is far from providing instantaneous results. In addition, text designed by GPT-4 would be more natural, a little closer to the style that a human could adopt, and would therefore be even more difficult to identify as coming from an AI.
