Last Thursday (9), Capcom held the Capcom Spotlight, an event that brought news of titles previously announced by the company. The broadcast also featured Resident Evil 4 Remake, one of the most anticipated games of the year, which finally won its demo for all platforms.
With 26 minutes of duration, Capcom’s presentation also brought other news such as an unprecedented trailer for the Mega Man compilation, the announcement of a new actress in Street Fighter 6 and the release date of Exoprimal. Check out all the news below.
Demo de Resident Evil 4 Remake
Being the most anticipated game of the event, and also the most anticipated Capcom release of the year, Resident Evil 4 Remake appeared in Spotlight to finally win its previously announced demo.
Called the “Chainsaw Demo”, the content is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC, with no time limit.
What’s New in Resident Evil: Death Island
Capcom showed a small teaser of Resident Evil: Death Island, in addition to also revealing some information regarding the title that will be the new animated film in the franchise. With unpublished images, the company confirmed that Jill Valentine will have an important participation in the film, and not just in flashbacks. In addition, it was revealed that for the first time Jill and Leon will be side by side.
Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak chegando para Xbox e PlayStation
Sunbreak, the expansion of Monster Hunt Rise, will be released for Xbox and PlayStation consoles on April 28th. With a new hub world, two brand new locations, and a host of new monsters, the content offers a lot of new things for hunters.
Exoprimal no Xbox Game Pass
Exoprimal was shown once more by Capcom, this time with interesting news for players. During the presentation, it was revealed that the title will be released on July 14, coming directly to Xbox Game Pass.
In addition, Capcom also announced that the game will have an open beta between March 17th and 19th.
Actress revealed in Street Fighter 6
A new Street Fighter 6 trailer has been shown to reveal that actress Hikaru Takahashi will be a new commentator for the fighting game. The actress will comment on the matches in the Japanese version. Now, the game already has eight commentators confirmed.

With a new trailer for the collection, Capcom revealed that Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection will be released on April 14th. The franchise package has 10 games that can be checked out by fans. Remember that the collection will also feature 499 Patch Cards that were previously only available in Japan.
Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective arrives in June
Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective is returning! The game, originally released for Nintendo DS, will arrive for current platforms on June 30th. With an entire soundtrack featuring composer-modified versions of The Great Ace Attorney’s score, the title will also have better frame rate, improved graphics and other new features.
