A “fat” man loses more than half of his weight without medication and reveals his diet • Al Marsad Newspaper

translation exclusiveAn obese man lost 365 pounds (165.5 kilograms) naturally, without drugs or bariatric surgery, following his doctor likened him to a ticking time bomb.

Nicholas Kraft, 42, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, suffered from overeating from childhood until he weighed 300 pounds in high school, and by June 2019, his weight had increased to 649 pounds.

According to the British Daily Mail, Kraft’s weight caused him to suffer from knee pain, body aches and shortness of breath.

Kraft began his weight loss journey the old-fashioned way by cutting out junk food, including soft drinks and fried foods, while cutting out bread, pasta and other carbohydrates and focusing on meals full of protein, vegetables and fruits.

He reduced calories, starting from 1,200 to 1,500 calories per day, and increased his daily movement. When his weight decreased, he started strength training with dumbbells.
