A Moroccan start-up wins the gold medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions in Kuwait – Today Morocco

Distinction : Morocco, represented by the start-up “CORAIL”, won the gold medal at the 13th International Exhibition of Inventions of the Middle East (IIFME), which was held recently in the State of Kuwait, with the participation of 235 inventors representing 40 Arab and foreign countries.

The Moroccan company “CORAIL” was crowned with gold in recognition of its unique innovation which allows in-store shoppers to digitize purchase receipts on their mobile application, bypassing the traditional printing process. The company’s executive director Moulay Abdellah Jalal expressed, in a press release, his pride in this award, stressing that the show, organized by the Kuwait Science Club, is one of the most successful.

Several Arab and international delegations and ambassadors as well as members of the Moroccan community, investors from Kuwait and the Gulf countries and the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited the Moroccan pavilion and expressed their admiration for the capacity and the creativity of Moroccan inventors. During this ceremony, which was attended by Morocco’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Ali Benaissa, Kuwaiti Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth, Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Hamoud Al-Sabah paid a vibrant tribute to the winning inventors of the Salon.
