SQLI publishes its 2022 annual results and confirms the significant improvement already observed in the first half. The ESN recorded an increase in its turnover of 9%, to €245.9 million, mainly organically. Business in France, which had suffered during the Covid crisis, is now driving the group’s growth with an increase of 9.7% (€130.7 million) compared to 8.4% for international business (€115.2 million). The result according to the group of the revitalization measures implemented.
The growth in activity and the rise in margins enabled SQLI to improve its current profitability, which stands at €21.5 million, up 64% year on year. In rate, it rose by 3.5 points in France to 6.7% and by 2.2 points internationally to 11%. Operating income is up 38% to €16.2 million, despite €5.3 million in non-current net charges related to the 2022 takeover bid and a long-term incentive plan. Consolidated net profit ultimately amounts to €7.7 million, compared to €5.3 million in 2021, an increase of 43%.
Regarding its outlook, SQLI sees no sign of slowing down in demand for services in the field of digital experience, both for its B2B customers (experience and e-commerce platforms) and B2C (evolution towards more flexible systems and architectures). The group therefore plans to continue its dynamic growth in turnover and improvement in its profitability in 2023.
