Australia lost four wickets in the first innings of the fourth cricket test once morest India. Peter Hanscombe (17) was the last to be dismissed. Skipper Steve Smith(38), Travis Head(32) and Marnus Labouchein(3) are the others out.
Smith was dismissed while forming a dangerous partnership with Khawaja, who scored a century and remained at the crease. Cameron Green, who scored 49 runs, is another player who remains at the crease.
After winning the toss, Australia got off to a good start with openers Usman Khawaja and Travis Head. Both of them made a partnership of 62 runs. Later, the Khawaja-Smith alliance became stronger for Aussies. Shami, Ashwin and Jadeja took two wickets each for India. Australia are in a strong position of 255 for four when the score finally comes on day one.
