The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange announced the listing and start of trading on the shares of ADNOC Gas PLC, within the first market, the first category, next Monday, March 13th.
ADNOC Gas PLC offered 3,837,571,100 ordinary shares; This is equivalent to regarding 5% of the company’s total issued capital.
