Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Ministry of Commerce defamed the citizen “Saeed bin Mohammed bin Salem Al-Sayari,” the owner of an establishment engaged in ready-made clothing trade in Abha.
This was after a court ruling was issued against him for violating the Anti-Commercial Fraud Law, after controlling his establishment for announcing unauthorized discounts, and monitoring the violation of the lack of clarity of the price comparison card on the goods offered before and after the sale.
The Ministry published the ruling issued by the Criminal Court in Abha, which included the imposition of a fine, the removal of the violating advertisement, and the publication of the ruling in two newspapers at the expense of the violator.
