Andreas Herzog becomes assistant to team boss Jürgen Klinsmann in the South Korean national soccer team. This was reported tonight by the pay TV broadcaster “Sky”, where the former ÖFB record team player is employed as an expert and will therefore continue to do this job. Herzog most recently worked as head coach at Admira, following relegation from the Bundesliga last year he left the Südstadter.
Before that, the Viennese served as team manager for Israel from 2018 to 2020. Herzog worked with Klinsmann from 2011 to 2016, when he assisted the German with the US national team. “I’m really looking forward to the exciting task and working with Jürgen Klinsmann once more,” Herzog was quoted as saying on the “Sky” website.
