Rafael Lacava: “They are not charging $75,000 to Carabobo FC”

The governor of Carabobo Rafael Lacava made a statement at the Misael Delgado stadium in Valencia with reference to the current situation of Carabobo FC and its president Giuseppe Palmisano following they decided to participate in the Copa Libertadores de América at the UCV Olympic facilities following that he will supposedly be charged $75,000 for the rental of the Carabob venue for the match.

“The $75,000 thing is a lie, they are being charged the same as they will pay in Caracas, $25,000, a figure placed the same as the last tournament that serves for the maintenance of these facilities,” Lacava declared.

Carabobo FC will face Atlético Mineiro from Brazil on February 22 at the UCV Olympic Stadium at 8:30 pm, in what will be the second round of the Copa Libertadores, the venue for this match brought many complaints among Valencia fans.
