New School Tacos has just announced theopening of its 30th restaurant, this time in Colomiers, 20 minutes west of Toulouse. The Toulouse brand created in 2016 is continuing its establishment in France and strengthening its network around the pink city. The franchisor is now aiming for 45 points of sale by the end of 2023.

New School Tacos well established around Toulouse
The new New School Tacos restaurant in Colomiers has opened its doors at 5 Allée des Monts Dore, in the city center. The official inauguration is scheduled for March 15, with a special opening offer, prizes to be won and entertainment by a DJ. This delay of several weeks allows the team on site to get their bearings before the day of March 15. This 30th unit is already the 8th location of New School Tacos in the Toulouse conurbation.
Aiming for 80 restaurants in 2025
New School Tacos is today the market leader for tacos in the Occitanie region. The co-founder of the French taco brand Selim Jaoudi specifies that the 1st drive should open soon on the outskirts of Blagnac airport. Development director Yves Gaspard believes that the brand is on the right track to reach the target of 45 restaurants by the end of 2023.
After raising funds in 2022, New School Tacos is even considering 80 units by 2025. Already present in Morocco, the brand wants to further accelerate its international development.
