Many homes found themselves without electricity this Wednesday morning in several municipalities in the province of Liège. In particular in Aywaille, Sprimont, Comblain-au-Pont, Anthisnes, Nandrin, Jalhay and Huy.
Several repairs have already been carried out, Resa tells us. Others are in progress. “In Jalhay and Anthisnes, everything is restored”. While repairs are underway in Nandrin (two de-energized stations), Comblain-au-Pont (ten de-energized stations and cabins), Huy (four de-energized stations), Aywaille (three de-energized stations) and Sprimont (four de-energized stations off).
“These breakdowns are linked to the accumulation of snow on the overhead lines, some of which have been torn off”, specifies Resa. “It is in the rural communes served by the aerial network. All the teams are mobilized. The first breakdowns were resolved in less than an hour. »
