Amid the spread of a video of Hwang Chul-soon, a bodybuilder who acted as a ‘Jingman’, assaulting his wife, his wife Ji-ah Ji-ah expressed her position.
On the 8th, a video of Hwang Cheol-soon assaulting his wife at home was uploaded to an online community.
In the video, Hwang Chul-soon approached his wife who was sitting on a chair at the table and punched her in the head.
Hwang Chul-soon’s wife, Ji-na Ji, also posted a picture of the bruise around her eye and a post saying, “It happened because Hwang Chul-soon hit me.”
As the video of the assault spread, Ji-ah Ji-ah expressed her position on her Instagram, saying, “My couple made a happy family and lived well.”
She said, “I was pregnant with my second child when my husband was active in various fields to shoulder the weight of the head of the family, and following pregnancy, I felt sad because my body and mind were in a difficult state.” It is a story that was uploaded so that it might be done,” he explained.
He continued, “If the data were true, I would have reported it to the police or reported it to the media at the time. Appealing to a small number of specific people to raise awareness has led to the current report two years later.” I didn’t know that my thoughts would be known this much over time.”
Jiyeon-ah said, “My husband and I are doing well, and I will help my brother well and repay him with a happy family life.”
Meanwhile, Hwang Cheol-soon appeared as Jingman in tvN’s ‘Comedy Big League’ and made his face known.
He was sentenced to six months in prison and one year probation for an assault case in 2015, and was caught by the police the following year while driving under the influence.
He married Ji-ah Ji-ah in 2020 and has two children.
