[SBS 연예뉴스 ㅣ 강경윤 기자] The fact that actress Jung Ga-eun confessed to taking model walking lessons from a suspicious pseudo-group in the past is being re-examined. Netizens are guessing that the pseudo-group Jung Ga-eun pointed out is likely to be the Christian heresy JMS, which was intensively accused in the recently released Netflix documentary ‘I am God’.
In 2010, Jung Ga-eun appeared on the SBS entertainment program ‘Strong Heart’ and started talking with the title of ‘Holy Walking for Him’. Jeong Ga-eun said, “When she was in college, she dreamed of becoming a model, but her family opposed it and she didn’t have the money to attend a modeling academy. I found it with my heart,” she said.
However, the place Jung Ga-eun went to was completely different from other academies. Jeong Ga-eun said, “There is always time to pray before class. After two or three months, people encouraged me to go see the teacher. I was sitting wearing only a bathing suit and the students were gathering to be entertained.”
Jeong Ga-eun said, “As it turned out, it was a pseudo-group.” Hearing the academy sister’s words that the pain in the neck and back would be better if the teacher touched the sore spot once, I looked for the ‘teacher’ with the feeling of grabbing at least a straw. It’s fortunate that the meeting didn’t happen because ‘teacher’ wasn’t there.”
Many netizens speculate that the suspicious pseudo-organization Jung Ga-eun mentioned is likely JMS.
It is known that JMS calls Jung Myeong-seok ‘teacher’ and is doing missionary work, saying that he teaches English, stewardess, and model walking intensively to tall, young women in college towns. Jung Ga-eun’s confession is coming as a shocker when the issue of her sexual abuse by Jung Myeong-seok, who targeted young female believers through her ‘I am God’, became a public issue.
