O WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging apps in the world and is used by millions of people every day. However, until recently, it was impossible to use the same WhatsApp account on two different devices at the same time, unless you keep switching accounts manually every time you change devices. Until now, why are we going to teach you how to do this simply and easily.
How to use one WhatsApp account on two devices
First of all, we have to remember that the method we are going to use is official from WhatsApp itself, that is, without hacks. However, this function is not yet available to all users. To connect a WhatsApp account on two different devices, you need to have the beta version of the application from the version 2.22.25.8 — see how to install WhatsApp Beta on your device.
In this tutorial we are using the POCO F4, where WhatsApp is already connected, and also the Redmi Pad tablet that will be our secondary device where we are going to synchronize the same account. The process is the same for tablets or cell phones.
Step by step
1. On the secondary device, download and install WhatsApp Beta;
2. Open the app and click “Agree and continue”;
3. On the screen to fill in the phone number, tap the three dots located in the upper left corner of the screen and look for the option “Connect a device”. In our case, the initial page was connecting a device and not configuring a new number.
4. Now with the main cell phone, where you already use WhatsApp, tap on the three dots, go to “Connected Devices” and then on “Connect a device”;
5. Aim the camera at the QR Code displayed on the secondary device’s screen and wait for synchronization.
Pronto! Now WhatsApp account is synced on two devices at the same time. If you want to disconnect the secondary device, just go to the connected devices options on the primary device and disconnect the second device at any time.
