British law to allow deportation of all illegally entered asylum seekers – UK

The debate regarding how to deal with refugees who come to Great Britain in small boats has already intensified in the past year. The political debate follows the well-known argument that people who have already passed through safe countries should not be entitled to an asylum procedure in England. The government has now presented the first parts of a law that will stipulate that asylum seekers who have entered the country illegally should be taken either to their country of origin or to a third country such as Rwanda.
