It is stated in the text that “our fundamental commitment is the replacement of the 1980 Constitution, imposed on the country by the dictatorship of (Augusto) Pinochet, by a new Constitution born in Democracy. With this objective we hope to develop a unitary campaign among our Parties, with the political stature corresponding to the great purpose that animates us”.
“We call for our Parties to coordinate in the regions, without any sectarianism,” they prioritized for the content that will be raised regarding the new constitutional text.
