During the recruitment period, Kia holds a recruitment briefing session in which current employees and personnel managers participate. We plan to provide detailed information regarding recruitment methods and jobs, as well as the information that job seekers need through consultation.
Starting on March 6, Kia will visit 13 universities in Seoul and the metropolitan area to hold offline recruitment briefings. On March 10th and 17th, an online recruitment briefing session using the metabus will also be held.
Kia has been introducing a hybrid recruitment method since the second half of last year. In the first half of the year, regular recruitment by job position is carried out, and in the second half, batch recruitment is carried out by department. Detailed information related to Kia’s full-time recruitment in the first half of the month can be found on the Kia recruitment website at the beginning of each month.
An official from Kia said, “We are preparing events with content that can be curious and sympathetic from the perspective of job seekers.”
