These days, the Bolivarian University Clinic celebrates 20 years of foundation; the 90,000th birth has occurred and it becomes a reason for celebration: Emiliano arrived, a child who was born following 37 weeks of gestation and a high-risk pregnancy.

In 2003, the Maternal and Child Unit of the UPB Clinic was inaugurated and attended her first birth.
