The worker identified as Vanessa told the story of her employment relationship with her superior, since he began to write outside of his work activities regarding pending tasks or to complete a job, for which it made her uncomfortable, despite the fact that she was not at home due to medical leave.
Vanessa indicated that she had two telephone numbers designated for work and personal issues, so she kept the first one following returning from work, but despite this the phone kept ringing, so she decided to block it.
