  • Take the necessary measures to ensure the provision of necessary health care to those who have been abused, and conduct a medical evaluation of the case if necessary.
  • Make the necessary arrangements to prevent the continuation or recurrence of abuse.
  • Providing family and social guidance and counseling to the parties to the case if the Ministry assesses that it is possible to treat the case only within its family framework.
  • Calling any of the parties to the case or any of their relatives or those related to it; To listen to his statements and testimonies and document them, and to take the necessary measures and undertakings to ensure the provision of the necessary and adequate protection for those who have been abused.
  • Work to subject the necessary parties to psychological treatment or rehabilitation programs as appropriate to each case.
