Exterior
This house has a modern minimalist concept with a simple but still elegant facade. Even though it’s small, this house can still have a carport measuring 2.5×4 m, with a note that it’s only for small cars.
For the carport roof, use a canopy made of solar flat combined with a hollow iron frame.
As for the roof of the house, it uses a gable roof which makes the house look more handsome. This gable roof model has several advantages such as easy installation, more cost-effective, cooler and less leaking.
Interior
Family room
Entering the house, we are immediately greeted by the family room which can also function as a living room measuring 2.5 x 4.5 m.
Even though it is not too big in size, this family room can still be placed with some of the furniture a family needs on a daily basis, such as a TV table and wall cabinet, dining table, sofa for three people, and a coffee table.
In this family room, paint is used in bright colors and there are mirror materials to make the house feel more spacious.
Bedroom I
This bedroom measures 2.5×3 m which is adjacent to the family room. With the right arrangement, this room can fit a queen size bed, dresser, wardrobe, wall cabinet and TV.
Bedroom II
From bedroom I we go to bedroom II which measures 2.5×2.5 m. With this size, the bedroom can be placed with a double size bed, study table and wardrobe.
The window openings in this room face the carport area.
Kitchen
Next we go to the kitchen measuring 2.5×2 m. This kitchen has window openings towards the semi-outdoor laundry area.
Even though this kitchen is not wide, it can still be placed with a minimalist kitchen set and refrigerator.
Bedroom III
From the kitchen we go to bedroom III which measures 2.5 x 2.5 m. In this bedroom can be placed double size bed, study table and wardrobe.
This room has window openings towards the laundry area so that air circulation and natural light can enter optimally.
Area Laundry
This area measures 1.5×1.5 m and is made semi-outdoor with a solar flat roof and a hollow steel frame. Apart from being a washing area, this room is also a source of air circulation and natural lighting in the house.
Bathroom
Then we go to the bathroom which measures 1×1.5 m. Because this bathroom has a small size, it uses a squat toilet with a tub that uses a bucket.
This bathroom has a window overlooking the laundry area with a size of 40×60 cm.
