One of the sons of the devil Marc Angers took out his violin this morning in the studio at station O 99.1 in Sept-Îles. Host Kevin Dulac recalled that he had already heard it at Star Académie in 2005, when he was 7 years old.
Tonight, following the folkloric ensemble of Sept-Îles Tam ti delam, the Sons of the Devil will liven up the party with trad, Cajun, rock and pop this evening at the Festival des hivernants at the Vieux-Poste.
The seasoned trio of a former Budh’akton and a former Cirque du Soleil musician has been touring Quebec for 5 years. Despite the pandemic, the album released in 2021 propelled the band.

The opening of the Festival des hivernants brought together several dozen visitors to the Vieux-Poste de Sept-Îles last night. The program resumes this evening at 7:30 p.m. on the stage of the marquee set up for this 6e editing.
