The young woman in her twenties loves to deal with plants from an early age, by virtue of her upbringing in the village of Al-Serw in the Abu Qurqas Center, according to her interview with “Sky News Arabia”. Therefore, she joined the Faculty of Agriculture at Minia University to obtain a bachelor’s degree in agricultural sciences in 2018, then a master’s degree in medicinal plants. and aromatic.

And Al-Fouly added to “Sky News Arabia”: “With the emergence of the Corona virus and the world’s entry into isolation, I immersed myself in getting to know more regarding the (moringa) plant because it contains high nutritional value and vitamins, at that time the idea of ​​​​my project was fermented on how to use it in food products.”

According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, there are 13 species of the “moringa” plant, and it is used for various purposes, including food. Its seed oil has a sweet taste, and its leaves are rich in protein, minerals and vitamins. It is fast-growing and drought-tolerant. from countries.

And Al-Fouly goes on to “Sky News Arabia” website: “I submitted my project last year for a grant from the German Agency for International Cooperation under the name (Nature Magic), and I won the award for the best innovative food product within a limited number of winning projects, where I worked on using (moringa) in The tea industry

Al-Fouly, who works in the project to promote agricultural business in the Egyptian countryside, added: “The successes that took place on the ground in the experience of producing tea from the (moringa) plant prompted me to a new experiment under the supervision of a number of my professors at the Faculty of Agriculture, and I eventually succeeded in implementing a second product, which is (biscuit)”.

The honorable girl from the Egyptian President points out her participation in many major events with her products, including the International Food and Beverage Trade Fair “Food Africa” ​​in its seventh session, which was held a few months ago under the auspices of the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, with the participation of 32 countries, where it received wide praise.

And Al-Fouli mentioned to “Sky News Arabia”: “I also applied for a competition for the best projects in Fayoum Governorate, and I won the award for the best food project, and I was happy to receive it from the governor.

Al-Fouly confirms to “Sky News Arabia” that her efforts in the recent period found an echo with officials, and this is evidenced by her nomination to be honored by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and obtaining a special certificate from him in front of a large number of the people of Minya Governorate, which gives her enthusiasm to complete her career with medicinal plants. and aromatic.”
