Frederic Vasseur has arrived as Ferrari’s new team boss for this season, having already had his first days with the team on a track during pre-season testing. Now, he talks regarding how he shouldn’t feel satisfied at any time and constantly improve.

The Ferrari team had a task for this new season: solve the problems they presented in 2022. In particular, reliability issues were his main task for improvement. With the arrival of Frederic Vasseur the team, the Frenchman believes that this should be done little by little.
“The team was second last year, I don’t have to come in and change everything. We have to do it step by step. I need to digest tons of things. We will make small changes in the next few weeks because we have to improve, but is not linked to Fred Vasseur or Ferreri. The problems already present
Although it is true that the reliability problems seem to be solved, what Ferrari has not yet managed to solve the degradation problems. “What is certain is that the passion and enthusiasm is enormous. When we did the presentation two weeks ago, there were thousands of ‘tifosi’ behind the fence and I don’t think that happens anywhere else in the world. You can feel the enthusiasm everywhere, in the hotel, everywhere you have fans… That exerts a kind of pressure”said the Ferrari boss.
“Now the question is if it is a good pressure, if it is a kind of motivation and I am taking it that way, or if it is something that will slow down development. Honestly, I think it’s positive.
