Dr. Yelena Solomatina, a Russian nutritionist, said that antioxidants, vitamin B and omega-3 fatty acids improve brain function and stimulate memory, according to the Novosti website.

The nutritionist added, Omega 3 acids It fully protects the nerve impulses necessary for human activity. It also reduces inflammation and makes the blood more liquid. When there is atherosclerosis, high or low blood pressure, it helps the blood pass through the blood vessels and stops the formation of clots.

And the nutrition expert continued that these acids are found in fatty fish, walnuts, and flax oil, and that vitamin В12 is important for stimulating the brain, and this vitamin is found in meat and liver, and the antioxidants rutin, quercetin, rivinatrose, and polyphenols are necessary for the functioning of the brain, and these substances protect brain cells from damage and preserve vitamin C, which prolongs the effectiveness of antioxidants and prevents their oxidation.

The nutrition expert confirmed that in the event of a lack of antioxidants, it can be compensated by eating pomegranates and grapes, and vitamin D, dietary fiber, and magnesium should be taken, which are found in good proportions in carrots, spinach, and meat. Vitamin D is found in cod liver, fatty fish, and eggs.

Dr. Yelena also explained that it is sufficient to eat a spoonful of liver to obtain the body’s daily need of vitamin, in addition to the dietary fiber found in all kinds of vegetables, but she referred to garlic in particular, noting that garlic has an anti-inflammatory effect similar to that of aspirin, and garlic also improves blood circulation. It prevents the adhesion of plaques to the walls of blood vessels and the formation of clots, and also reduces inflammation of blood vessels.
