Shares of registrars who have been prosecuted but still work

(PLO)- The inspectors said that the most difficult is psychological when they have to work and face prosecution in a criminal case.

Due to a shortage of registrars, the Vietnam Register recently had to use 12 registrars who were prosecuted but released on bail to re-operate two registration centers that had been suspended in Hanoi.

As one of the three registrars released on bail working at the 29.06V Registry Center (Lien Ninh Commune, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi), Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung, said that going to work is also less sad, but not like the “old days”.

Mr. Trung said: On January 9, I received the news of prosecution and was detained. At that time, my mood dropped to the bottom and was extremely boring. The family was shocked because they lost contact for a few days and did not know how to be investigated. On January 19, the police released him on bail, at this time the spirit was better, luckily, he had his family by his side…

Currently, his case is still being investigated by the police, but he does not feel guilty. Even so, every day he was nervous, because following being released on bail, he still had to continue to work with the police agency 3-4 times.

He said he is the breadwinner of the family, with two young children, if he is sentenced, he does not know what life will be like for his wife and children. But he always reassured himself and encouraged his wife to accept and overcome this difficulty.

Similarly, Mr. Hoang Hai Ha admitted that being prosecuted affected his psyche, but he still had to do his job well to serve the people. Moreover, he also has to earn money to support his family…

“Many days, I have to get up from 3-4 am to check the car for customers because the number of cars from Long Bien and Gia Lam in the past few days has poured here a lot. ..”- Mr. Ha shared.

Mr. Hoang Trung Liem, deputy director in charge of the 29.06V Registration Center, said that from February 6, he was transferred to the center to receive the task. Previously, the center had three lines, with a total of 27 people, including 17 inspectors.

On January 9, the center was closed, 6 people were prosecuted and detained, 11 people were banned from leaving their residences. After consulting the police, the unit mobilized 11 people who were prosecuted (on bail) to return to work. In which, three registrars were strengthened to go to other centers.

Currently, the center has 9 inspectors, so it can only maintain two inspection lines. Recently, the number of vehicles coming for inspection ranges from 80-100 vehicles per day. “Admittedly, the brothers are suspended above their heads so there is a bit of tension. Really, my psychology and brothers are very sad, we both want to return to normal work…” – Mr. Liem said.

And Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong, deputy director in charge of Registration Center 29.01V (Lien Ninh commune, Thanh Tri), said that he was just transferred from another unit here following the unit was put back into operation in January. February 15th.

The Registry Department sent 17 registrars to come, but in fact, one person did not accept the job, one registrar who worked half a day asked to be transferred, and one person in charge of the line worked until February 24, then also resigned. “This registrar makes an application in the morning and takes a break in the followingnoon without waiting for approval,” said Mr. Truong.

Currently the center has 14 people, each line has four registrations. Including a chain with up to three people being prosecuted. “The brothers were excited to go back to work at first, but in the general context, they still had a psychological impact, directly affecting labor productivity…”- Mr. Truong shared.
