Jennifer Cardini, Helena Hauff, Disiz: the Don Jigi Fest will shake our bodies in the spring

The tenth edition of the Don Jigi Fest, a sustainable, associative, voluntary and solidarity festival, promises to be very festive, with 18 artists on the program over two days in Ille-et-Vilaine.

The Breton festival Don Jigi celebrates (already!) its 10th anniversary this year. Organized by a 100% volunteer team, the festival which made a record edition last year returns to a slightly lighter format, but loses nothing in the quality of its programming. He has already revealed all the artists present for the celebration of this first decade and the least we can say is that it will raise dust in the public.

On the program, the quarantine Disiz, who already visited the festival in 2018, is doing it once more with a new tour to present his thirteenth album “L’Amour” released last spring and which definitely breaks free from the codes of rap of the 2000s to draw more inspiration from the pop that rocked his youth. At his side, in the dressing rooms of rap, we will find the Parisian duo Leto and Guy2Bezbar who released his joint album “Up to the stars” at the end of 2022, Kikesaone of the rising stars of the French rap scene, or the Belgian Romeo Elvis.

The zbeul in the pit should also be of good quality with the chug free of any gender boundaries. Fight, between pop, rock, rap and club music, or even the supercharged Highlight Tribe and their natural trance, as well as the “queen of raggamuffin” Soom T.

The festival also promises a nice dose of electronic music with the German DJ and producer Helena Hauffambassador of dark techno, but also the boss Jennifer Cardinia key figure on the French electronic scene, DJ and producer from Lille Worldwhich oscillates between electro-pop and solar house, the techno producer trauma, straight out of the Parisian underground and Rennes at heart Celele who mixes breakbeats, bass music, reggaeton or even jungle.

The Don Jigi Fest will be held on April 21 and 22, 2023, at the Parc Expo in Vitré (35). 2-day passes are on sale at €60.
