7 sports that are fun and don’t feel like exercise

Sport has to be exhausting and difficult? Mistake! With these sports, you don’t even notice that you’re training.

1. Ice skating

Doing a few brisk laps with your best friend on the ice rink and telling each other the latest gossip: A winter pastime that you don’t even think regarding that it’s a sport! The colder it is outside, the more calories your body burns when skating, regardless of the movement.

2. Heels Dance

Probably the hottest trend in the dance industry: At Heels Dance you dance lightly clad in high heels to R’n’B sounds in the style of J-Lo and Beyoncé. Definitely a big boost for female self-confidence and a sexy body feeling!

3. Rowing and pedal boating

In the warm and hot season we can also get on the boats once more: rowing gets us fit in the spring and pedal boating is reserved for the summer. Both are the perfect undercover sport at the weekend – preferably with friends or family.

4. The trampoline jump

Whether at home in the living room as a mini variant, in the larger version in your own garden or as a fun park in special trampoline halls: Trampolining is endless fun, provides plenty of happy hormones, is quite exhausting and can definitely be seen as a sport that feels like it is not. By the way, an alternative is air castle jumping!

5. Playing soccer with the kiddies

Exercising is so easy: Take a soccer ball and a group of children and go to a meadow. Incidentally, it also works with any kind of other ball or children’s party games such as dodgeball, petrification, armchair dance and much more.

6. Hiking

Spring is here and so is the next hiking season! Easy hiking can be equated with an excursion that can really challenge your physical condition! Make sure you have the right shoes and equipment!

7. Dancing to favorite songs

It mightn’t be easier – but it still gets sweaty: Simply put on your favorite songs at home and dance wildly to them. By the way, there is inspiration for this on TikTok, for example for “Shuffle Dance”!
