Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Company announced the launch of the second phase of the Bay Residences project on Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

The Bay Residences project is distinguished by its unique location on Hayat Island, in Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah, next to the famous InterContinental Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa Ras Al Khaimah and the soon-to-open Anantara Resort. The Bay Residences project consists of 324 units between studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with direct access to the beach.
