[골프한국 하유선 기자] Ko Jin-young (28), who came back from last year’s terrible injury, made a top 10 in the first tournament this year.

On the 26th, Ko Jin-young scored 1 eagle and 8 birdies without a bogey in the 4th round of the LPGA Tour Honda Thailand (total prize money: $1.7 million) held at Siam Country Club Pattaya Old Course (par 72, 6,576 yards) near Pattaya, Thailand on the 26th. He swept the dog and shot an 8-under-par 64.

Ko Jin-young, who recorded a final total of 16 under par and 272 strokes, jumped 21 places from a tie for 27th to a tie for 6th. This is the best performance among the 12 Korean players who participated in this event.

On this day, Ko Jin-young, who teed off early in the morning with Ji Eun-hee (37) and Lin Si-yu (China), got off to a fresh start with a birdie on the 1st hole (par 5).

On the other hand, Kim Hyo-joo (28), who tied for 4th until the 17th hole, suffered a double bogey on the last hole (par 5).

Kim Hyo-joo, who recorded 4 birdies on the previous hole, hit a 2 under par 70, and quickly fell to a tie for 10th place (15 under par 273 strokes).
