Al-Marsad Newspaper: Arterial catheterization consultant Dr. Muhammad Al-Barqi explained that most heart attacks in Saudi Arabia during the winter season are for people between the ages of 30-40.
He pointed out during statements to Al-Arabiya TV: “Reducing the rates of heart disease requires a society in which the rates of diabetes are low.”
He continued: “Society needs to change the way of life, people need to walk more, and pay attention to the quality of food.”
He added: “Unfortunately, the smoke has spread among young men and women to the extent that most of those who had heart attacks and were received in the emergency room and catheterized for them, are between 30 and 40 years old.”
