the search for the driver of a motorcycle continues

The investigation continues into the murder of Alan Barrera that occurred on Saturday in the 22 de Abril neighborhood of Viedma, when a minor under the age of 16 from a motorcycle shot the victim who arrived lifeless at the Zatti hospital.

In the formulation of charges, the judge determined four months of investigation and two months of pretrial detention for the minor under 16 years of age who fired the firearm. Being a minor, he will remain those two months in one of the centers under the Ministry of Children, Adolescents and Family (SENAF).

What remains is to find the other young man who was driving a black motorcycle. In this sense, an arrest warrant was issued for that person by the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the testimonies, the vehicle was traveling on Calle 10 at 900 and from which they shot four times once morest 17-year-old Barrera who was in the front yard of a house with his girlfriend and friend.

The fatal shot for Barrera hit the neck and despite the work of SIARME personnel, he arrived lifeless at the Zatti de Viedma hospital. Then they would have discarded the weapon in a patio of a house, regarding 100 meters from the event.

The arrest of the person who was driving the motorcycle is key to determining the details of the murder that was classified as “aggravated homicide by the use of a firearm”. Once they can find the whereregardings of the wanted person, their participation in the event will be determined.
