1. Trizeps-Dips
Tricep dips effectively train the backs of your upper arms and you can easily incorporate the exercise into your daily workout routine. The dips are wonderfulto make them easy in your living room with the sofa or outside on a park bench.
And this is how it works: Support yourself with your hands on the object, for example the edge of the sofa. Your back touches the pad and your arms are behind your body. 2. Tight push-ups

You can also start on your knees for the lighter version. As you lower your body back down, keep your elbows close to your body. You should repeat this for 30 seconds and then take a 30-second break. Three to four passes in total are recommended.
3. Tricep extensions on the train tower
This workout is best done at the gym. To do this, you have to grab the short pole with both hands from above. Then bring your elbows close to your body and slowly straighten your arms and bend once more to regarding 90 degrees. You can also repeat this exercise for 30 seconds and then take a 30-second break. Three to four passes in total are also recommended here.

1. Watch your body fat
