Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Western countries have aggravated the Ukraine-Russia war. He also accused the US-led NATO alliance of fanning the flames of conflict in the mistaken belief that it might defeat Moscow. He was addressing a joint session of the Russian Parliament.

Putin announced that the war would continue and said that Russia was trying to avoid war. But he also accused Western-backed Ukraine of planning to invade Russian-controlled Crimea.

Defeating Russia is impossible. Russia will never surrender to Western attempts to divide society. He also stated that the majority of Russians favored the war.

Yesterday, US President Joe Biden visited Ukraine. He met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi and said that the United States would provide more weapons and that the United States was committed to protecting the integrity of Ukraine.
