An alleged victim of Guy Cloutier, who claims she was sexually assaulted by Guy Cloutier in the 1970s, is suing him for $15,000 in small claims.
The hearing will take place Tuesday morning at the Montreal courthouse.
“I will be able to tell my story to someone who will listen to me,” Michelle Charron told the media present before the hearing at the small claims division of the Court of Quebec.
It is still unclear whether Guy Cloutier will appear before Judge Yves Hamel.
Recall that the ex-impresario was sentenced to 42 months in prison in 2005 for sexual assault on two victims, including singer Nathalie Simard.
